Introduction to etching
Professor Rafael Ruiz
Visual arts teacher specialized in etching at the Universidad Autónoma de México. He has taught at the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and now heads the etching workshop at La Ceiba Gráfica
Course duration: 20 hours in 5 sessions

Wood-block printing

Introduction to lithography
Professor Sr.Gonzalez
Young artist graduated from Universidad Veracruzana, he has achieved experience as a litography printer before, through and after his bachelor in painting. He has been part of different printing workshops in Mexico, such as the litography workshop of the Rufino Tamayo Art Center in Oaxaca. He actually is assistant printer of the production workshop of La Ceiba Grafica and teacher for the introduction to litography.

Professor Per Anderson
A visual artist with a large curriculum, is part of the National Creator’s System. For the last 25 years he has taught drawing at the Universidad Veracruzana’s visual arts department. He has developed a teaching method based on the recuperation of traditional technologies applied to drawing

Tai Chi Chuan
“When moving we flow like a big river
In stillness we stand like a great mountain”
Tai Chi Chuan is a Chinese martial art consisting of a number of therapeutic exercises and movement sequences (Breathing, meditation and body movements).
It is also called ‘moving meditation’ and in martial terms, ‘shadow boxing’. Cost: $300.- per month
